Stephanie focuses her practice on all aspects of complex commercial and corporate litigation, including assisting with various stages of legal proceedings by conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, motions, settlements, and briefs, as well as managing fact discovery.
Before joining the firm, Stephanie represented institutional investors in complex class action litigation brought under federal securities laws.
Stephanie received her J.D., cum laude, from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, where she was a research editor & staff editor for the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal and a Law and Public Policy Scholar. Following law school, Stephanie clerked for the Honorable Deborah Silverman Katz, Assignment Judge of the Camden Vicinage, for the New Jersey Superior Court.
