Melanie focuses her practice on land use and real estate. She presents before municipal planning boards, zoning boards of appeals and governing bodies as well as meetings with civic associations, councilmembers and government staff to facilitate client objectives. With her interdisciplinary background in business, focusing on real estate and finance, Melanie brings a broad skill set to the challenges that residential and commercial developers face throughout the land development process.
In addition to her J.D., Melanie holds a Masters of Real Estate Development from Columbia University. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Francis R. Hodgson Jr. in the Superior Court of New Jersey – Chancery Division.
