Craig focuses his practice on corporate and complex commercial litigation, including assisting with the various stages of legal proceedings and trial preparation by conducting legal research; drafting memoranda; and reviewing contracts, pleadings, and discovery.
Prior to joining the firm, Craig served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable President Judge Jan R. Jurden in the Delaware Superior Court, an intern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and an extern for the Pennsylvania Office of General Counsel for the Office of the Inspector General. In law school, Craig was the Executive Articles Editor for the Dickinson Law Review and earned a Certificate in Entrepreneurship Law.
