As we told you in an alert we published on June 23, 2020, the Philadelphia Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) is beginning the process of conducting virtual ZBA hearings on July 14, 2020.

Join us on Monday, July 13, 2020 for a panel of city zoning officials who will provide insight on the process and answer your questions as we all find our way through this virtual new world. Panelists for this program include Tanya Sunkett, Zoning Board Administrator and Sharon Suleta, Esq., Counsel for the Philadelphia Zoning Board of Adjustment as well as Martha Cross, AICP, Deputy Director, Philadelphia Division of Planning and Zoning.
