Please join us for this Continuing Legal Education program presented by the Klehr Harrison Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee in partnership with the Real Estate & Finance Department.

In this CLE, the panel will discuss the current state of affordable housing in Philadelphia and current approaches for maintaining existing housing and increasing the supply. Topics will include zoning changes and incentives, rental supports, leveraging state, local, federal funds, public/private partnerships and more.
