Sheppard Selected to Two Top 100 Lists by Super Lawyers

Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP is pleased to announce that Super Lawyers has selected Mark Sheppard selected to the 2020 Top 100 Philadelphia and Top 100 Pennsylvania lawyers lists by Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters.

Sheppard is the chair of the white-collar defense and government investigations practice group. He has over 30 years of experience in representing clients in federal criminal trials, grand jury investigations, SEC/FINRA enforcement actions and parallel civil investigations. He also regularly conducts internal investigations, counsels clients on the implementation of corporate compliance policies, and represents clients in complex civil litigation matters including representing directors and officers and defending False Claims Act matters.

Sheppard earned his J.D., with high honors, from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, J.D., and his B.A., from Lehigh University, B.A.
