Pacitti Returns to Klehr Harrison

Domenic Pacitti has returned to the law firm of Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg & Ellers as a partner in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Insolvency Department.  Mr. Pacitti previously was a partner at Klehr Harrison from 1998 to 2001.  He will be resident in the Wilmington office and will be expanding the firm’s active Delaware bankruptcy practice.


Mr. Pacitti has represented numerous public and private companies in out-of-court restructurings, contested workouts and traditional Chapter 11 cases.  He was lead debtor’s counsel in the e.spire Communications, Kellstrom Industries, Congoleum, Crown Books and other chapter 11 proceedings.  He also has represented lenders, creditors’ committees, and acquirers of distressed debt and companies in a wide variety of matters, including international and cross-border situations.   He advises officers and directors of companies involved in financial restructurings on corporate governance and fiduciary duties, and has represented companies confronting asbestos and other mass tort liabilities.


Mr. Pacitti has been recognized in 2006 and 2007 by Chambers USA, America’s Leading Lawyers For Business, The Client’s Guide as on of the leading bankruptcy practitioners in Delaware.  Mr. Pacitti lectures and speaks on Chapter 11 issues, prepackaged plans and fiduciary duties of officers and directors of troubled companies.
