Blickman and Kaplan Spoke at the Philadelphia Bar Association Tax Section 2006 Fall CLE Series

Daniel R. Blickman, a partner in the Tax, Estates and Benefits Department at Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers, was the Course Planner for the Philadelphia Bar Association Tax Section 2006 Fall CLE Series. He and Keith Kaplan, Chair of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department, were both faculty members at the session entitled, “Business, Tax, and ERISA Issues in the Formation of Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Real Estate Funds.”
Mr. Kaplan primarily represents private investment funds and their sponsors in their formation and operation.
Mr. Blickman has substantial experience in a wide range of federal and state tax issues.
